SB 54 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by increasing the expense allowance of District Judges and District Attorneys under certain conditions; repealing all laws in conflict and providing a severability clause.
SB 75 Caption: Relating to authorizing and empowering the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, acting by the Chancellor thereof, to execute and deliver a deed to certain land in Denton County, Texas, conveying said land to the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Company; providing for the exceptance and reservation unto the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas of all fissionable materials and all oil, gas, and other minerals of whatever nature upon, in, or under said land; providing a reversionary clause in said deed to the effect that if the said land ceases to be used by the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Company for a railroad it shall revert to the Grantor, the said Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas; providing for approval of the form of such conveyance by the Attorney General.
SB 104 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum on One Thousand, Eighty-Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($1086.50) together with the pro-rata interest earned thereon out of the general fund of the State of Texas, or so much as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment rendered against the State of Texas, in favor of Home Furniture Company, a corporation, in cause Number 84447 in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, 53rd Judicial District, such judgment having become a final judgment.
SB 123 Caption: Relating to repealing statutes relating to the Special Road Law for Denton County.
SB 124 Caption: Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Denton County by authorizing the county to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right-of-way for the designated State highways, including Farm-to-Market highways, of Federal highways when the acquisition of such right-of-way is approved by the State Highway Commission.
SB 238 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by permitting the Board of Pharmacy to issue a license to practice Pharmacy in this State to persons who have been licensed by examination to practice pharmacy in New Mexico, and have been registered in such State for a period of not less than thirteen (13) years immediately preceding the effective date of this Act, and provided further that such persons must also furnish proof that they have secured a license through reciprocity from Tennessee and Oklahoma; and have resided in Texas for a period of at least forty five (45) years; providing that such person's license is in good standing and that such person is of good moral character; and providing that applicants shall within ten (10) days from the effective date of this Act, file with the State Board of Pharmacy an application for a license to practice in this State.
SB 259 Caption: Relating to providing for the transfer of title to certain lands to the State Highways Commission containing 20.52 acres of land, more or less, and being a part and parcel of the present campus of the North Texas State College at Denton, Texas, necessary for the relocation and improvement of U.S. Highway No. 77 from the West line of Avenue "D" to the East line of Avenue "I" in, and adjacent to, the City of Denton, Texas.
SB 268 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the Eastland County Water Supply District; relating to making certain changes with reference to the election of Directors.
SB 293 Caption: Relating to authorizing certain cities to issue refunding bonds due serially and bearing interest as provided in this Act for the purpose of refunding outstanding tax supported or revenue bonds which do not mature in annual installments.

SB 97 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that widows of Confederate soldiers and sailors who were married to such soldiers or sailors prior to January 1, 1922, shall be eligible for pensions under certain circumstances and to provide that no widow of a Confederate Veteran born since January 1, 1886, shall be entitled to a window's pension.
