HB 30 Caption: Relating to fixing the mileage and per diem of members of the Legislature.
HB 448 Caption: Relating to restoring and conferring upon the county court of Mills County the criminal jurisdiction heretofore belonging to it under the Constitution and General Statutes of the State of Texas; conforming the jurisdiction of the district court to such change.
HB 488 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Mills County, Texas, and making the commissioners of said court ex-officio road commissioners in their respective precincts, and providing for the appointment of deputies; providing penalties for the violation of this act, giving persons subject to road duty in Mills county and persons summoned to work on the public roads of said county the right to be relieved from the discharge of such duty upon the payment of specific sums of money herein stipulated.
HB 495 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to contested elections, and providing that no election shall be contested in any collateral proceeding.
HB 501 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office to charge certain fees, with a view of making the Land Office self-sustaining.
HB 513 Caption: Relating to validating sales of school lands to actual settlers in such cases as the applicant did settle on the land within the time required by law, but did not file in the General Land Office the affidavit of settlement within the time required by law, but did settle and in person or by legally substituted assignee continued to reside upon the land in good faith.
HJR 21 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 49, Article 3, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, so as to authorize the creation of a debt for the purpose of purchasing grounds and erecting buildings for State penal eleemosynary and educational institutions.
