HB 260	Caption: Relating to amending Section No. 114 and Section No. 120 Chapter 11 of the Acts of the First Called Session of the Twenty ninth Legislature as amended by Chapter CLXXVII (177) of the Acts of the 30th Legislature, 1907, relating to elections, manner of holding and prescribing the duties of the District Chairman and executive committees of the various districts.
HB 410	Caption: Relating to amending Article 642 of the Revised Civil Statutes, as amended by Chapter 130, Acts of the Twenty-fifth Legislature, Chapter 43, Acts of the Twenty-sixth Legislature, Chapter 43 of the Twenty-seventh Legislature; Chapter 129, Acts of the Twenty-eighth Legislature; Chapter 62, Acts of the Twenty-ninth Legislature, and Chapter 150, Acts of the Thirtieth Legislature, by amending Subdivision 17 of said Article 642, by allowing the purchase of real property wherever located not exceeding ten thousand acres, and adding to said Article 642, Subdivision 72, providing for incorporation in aid of and for the promotion and development of agriculture.
HB 475	Caption: Relating to amending Title XLVIII (48) of the Revised Statutes, relating to fish and oysters, by adding thereto Article 2518r, providing for the expenditure by the Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner of an amount not exceeding $3000 for the purpose of improving and reviving the natural oyster beds of Texas.
HB 487	Caption: Relating to amending Section 1, Chapter CXLV (145) of the Acts of the Thirtieth Legislature, so as to permit persons holding a lien against land or lots sold for taxes, to pay the amounts due and subrogating said lien holder to the rights of state and county therein.
