SB 14 Caption: Relating to prohibiting working animals in any mine longer that ten consecutive hours; fixing penalty.
SB 37 Caption: Relating to requiring the owners and operators of mines in Texas to insulate or protect live electric wires so that a person in contact with same shall not be injured; provide a penalty,
SB 57 Caption: Relating to permitting all those who have been convicted of a felony and have served their term in the penitentiary, or been pardoned or paroled, to testify in all civil cases, and providing that when they testify, the fact of their service in the penitentiary may be proven.
SB 65 Caption: Relating to competency of witnesses in criminal cases and providing that ex-convicts may testify.
