HB 79 Caption: Relating to amending certain Article of the Penal Code of the State of Texas relating to gaming so as to to make it include the game commonly known as matching, at which money or other things of value are matched against each other, or when matching for drinks or any other thing of value, no matter where the game may have been matched or played.
HB 190 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to suits for the collection of delinquent taxes, and the pleading of the statute of limitation in connection therewith, by providing that the same shall not apply to any suit that may be brought to force the collection of taxes due on lands and real estate of any nature that may be delinquent in the payment of taxes for more than four years prior to the first day of January of the year in which any such suit may have been brought, but such parties when so sued shall have the right to plead the statute of limitation of four years.
HB 260 Caption: Relating to prohibiting minors from obtaining intoxicating liquors, by purchase or gift, from any saloon or any other place used for the sale of intoxicating liquors, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
