SB 56 Caption: Relating to providing for a Bureau of Labor Statistics of the State of Texas to be under the control of the Commissioner of Labor Statistics; providing that certain establishments where three or more persons are employed at work to register with the Bureau of Labor Statistics and providing penalties.
SB 81 Caption: Relating to navigation districts so as to provide that any navigation district in addition to authority to levy taxes for interest and sinking fund upon bonds which may be voted, shall also be authorized to levy an additional tax not exceeding ten cents on the one hundred dollars valuation upon all property within such navigation district for the maintenance, up-keep and operation of said district and all improvements constructed by such district.
SB 243 Caption: Relating to validating all sales of public free school lands which were purchased from the state and fully paid for and for which patents were signed by Governor J.S. Hogg on the twenty-second and on the twenty-third days of October, 1894, and on the thirtieth day of November, 1894.
SB 368 Caption: Relating to partitions and authorizing the partition of any real estate, or of any interest therein, or of any mineral, coal, petroleum or gas lands, whether held in fee or by lease or otherwise.
SB 416 Caption: Relating to aiding the Garrison Independent School District in Nacogdoches County, Texas, in rebuilding and refurnishing permanent public school buildings destroyed by fire November 17th, 1916; providing for a penalty for their misapplication.
SB 442 Caption: Relating to extending the present charter powers of terminal railways so that when such terminal railways are adjacent to any inland stream or water body, they shall have the right to construct, erect, operate and maintain all necessary and convenient facilities to accommodate and handle the exchange of freight and passenger traffic with any and all vessels and water craft using such waterway.

SB 223 Caption: Relating to providing for the payment of pensions to mothers of dependent or neglected children who are widows or whose husband is an inmate in a penal institution or an insane asylum.
SB 246 Caption: Relating to authorizing guardians of estates to make mineral leases, and prescribing the manner in which said mineral leases shall be made.
SB 350 Caption: Relating to granting incorporated cities and towns owning their own waterworks, the right to condemn private property in or outside of the city or town limits, for the purpose of acquiring right-of-way for digging or excavating canals, and for laying water mains into the city or town for the purpose of conducting water from any stream into the city or town for public use.
