HB 35 Caption: Relating to giving to defendant owner and creditors of defendant owner of real estate, sold under execution or order of sale, right to redeem same, fixing the time, terms, period, manner, method, and amount of such redemption; fixing relative rights of junior and senior creditors, judgment creditors and lien holders to redeem property so sold.
