HB 93 Caption: Relating to preventing the selling of fish taken from the public fresh waters of Wood county, State of Texas, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
HB 115 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to increase the salary of public school teachers in this State.
HB 116 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes increasing the tax to be paid on crude oil.
HB 236 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that any textbook contractor shall make a bond of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) for each basal textbook adopted, and three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) for each supplementary textbook adopted; providing that the contract and bond shall be prepared by the Attorney General, payable in Travis county; providing that the bond may be sued upon from time to time; providing that the Textbook Commission may, upon twenty days' notice, require a new bond to be given.

HB 429 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide that every individual, company, corporation, or association, owning, operating or managing, any gas, electric light, electric power, or water works within this State, shall make quarterly reports to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, showing the amount of gross receipts from the sale of gas, electric light, electric power, or water, for the next preceding quarter.
HB 480 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing for the compensation of tax assessors by changing the amount received from each poll tax assessed from five cents to ten cents.
HB 494 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to attendance requirements for public schools by raising the age limit of compulsory attendance to fifteen years, raising the grade of exemption from the fourth to the seventh grade, defining the powers of district and county boards of trustees and of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction in the enforcement of the compulsory attendance law, and raising the compulsory attendance period from one hundred to one hundred and twenty days.
