SB 23 Caption: Relating to providing for the filing with the County Clerk as the recorder, of notices or statements of all liens and claims and releases thereof, in favor of the Government of the United States or of any department or bureau thereof.
SB 28 Caption: Relating to creating the Kerrville Independent School District, in Kerr County, out of the territory known as the Kerrville Independent School District and other adjacent property thereto.

SB 372 Caption: Relating to declaring it to be an offense for any person to persuade, coerce, encourage, induce or aid any "dependent child" as that term is defined, to leave any individual, institution or family to which said "dependent child" has been committed, without written consent of the judge of the court committing said child.
SB 375 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, or offer for sale, for human consumption any milk showing an unnatural or abnormal cream line, or quantity of cream which was produced by any unnatural, artificial or mechanical method.
SB 380 Caption: Relating to providing that in addition to the amount of commissions to be received by county treasurers, in counties in which the assessed value of property exceeds one hundred million dollars, or more, such county treasurers shall receive a commission in excess of the commission already allowed by said Article, a sum from the commissions of office not exceeding twelve hundred dollars per annum for the payment oft he salary of a deputy employed by the said county treasurer.
SB 393 Caption: Relating to providing that the father and mother shall be the joint natural guardians of their minor children, with equal rights, powers and duties.
SB 430 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Fredericksburg Independent School District to sell and convey a certain tract of land situated in the town of Fredericksburg in Gillespie County, Texas.
SB 431 Caption: Relating to providing for the purchase and conveyance to the State of Texas of the land in the City of San Antonio known as the Ancient Government Palace property, which was the building to be used as the capitol of the Ancient Province of Texas.

SB 28 Caption: Relating to amending the statutes relative to the State Tuberculosis Sanatorium and making provision for an addition to the said Sanatorium now located near Carlsbad, Texas, so as to make possible the acceptance, treatment and care of cases in any stage of advancement.

SB 35 Caption: Relating to regulating the lights and lighting and operation of motor vehicles, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, and bicycles in this State; prescribing the lights for such vehicles between the hours of half-hour after sunset and half-hour before sunrise; providing for the use of red flags on certain loaded vehicle in the daytime; enacting the necessary penal provisions as to lights for such vehicles and devices and equipment for such lights; prescribing penalties for the violations of the Act
