SB 24 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollars to build and equip an Administration Building at the North Texas State Normal College, Denton, Texas.
SB 26 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation to put a new roof on, repair, and paint the Administration building, and to put a new roof on, repair, and paint the Household Arts building of the College of Industrial Arts.

SB 17 Caption: Relating to providing for the collection of an annual fee or tuition from those persons entering and attending the state colleges, normal, Agricultural & Mechanical College, West Texas Technological College, Grubbs Vocational College, John Tarlton College, College of Industrial Arts and all branches of the University of Texas, and providing that said fees or tuitions shall be remitted to the State Treasurer within a period of thirty days after the collection thereof.
