HB 418 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws so as to provide that civil suits shall not be commenced nor process issued or served on Sunday except in cases of injunction, attachment, garnishment, sequestration or distress proceedings.
HB 453 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing for the collection of delinquent taxes; providing for a reasonable compensation for report of an abstract company or individual abstractor as to the record owner of property reported delinquent, and as to the holders of any liens against said property and report as to subsequent conveyances; charging such fee a additional costs against the delinquent lands.
