HB 101 Caption: Relating to authorizing Cass county, Texas, or any political subdivision or defined district thereof, to issue road bonds under the provisions of the general law; validating bond election heretofore held in district in said county.
HB 102 Caption: Relating to providing for revising, digesting, annotating and publishing the civil and criminal laws of the State of Texas, and requiring the commissioners appointed to revise the statutes to prepare two bills, one providing a civil and one a criminal code of practice in the courts of this State, and report the same to the Governor, who shall submit the same to the Legislature.
HB 151 Caption: Relating to amending statutes relative to the taxation of the intangible assets of certain corporations, associations and individuals, and providing for the creation of a State tax board for the valuation of such intangible assets.
HB 152 Caption: Relating to amending statutes relative to taxation of the intangible assets of certain individuals, corporations and associations, so as to provide that other and additional individuals, companies, corporations and associations be included and made subject to the provisions thereof.
HB 298 Caption: Relating to appropriating five million dollars ($5,000,000) out of the general funds of the State to aid all the public schools for the scholastic year beginning September 1, 1923, and ending August 31, 1924, and five million dollars ($5,000,000) out of the general funds of the State to aid all the public schools for the scholastic year beginning September 1, 1924, and ending August 31, 1925, the same to be distributed as the available school fund is now distributed.
HB 299 Caption: Relating to promoting the public school interests of rural schools and those of small towns, of aiding the people to provide adequate school facilities for the education of their children, by appropriation of three million dollars per year, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the next two fiscal years, ending August 31, 1924, and August 31, 1925, respectively.

HB 690 Caption: Relating to providing for the appointment of a commission to revise and digest the General Laws of Texas, defining their powers and duties, and fixing the compensation of said commission.
HJR 20 Caption: Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Texas limiting the power of the Legislature to thirty-five cents on the one hundred dollars valuation for such taxation purposes, and five cents for pension purposes providing for the equalization of taxable values for state purposes.
HJR 22 Caption: Relating to submitting an amendment to the constitution limiting the power of the legislature to levy an ad valorem tax not to exceed thirty-five cents on the one hundred dollar valuation for school purposes.
