SB 145 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statute relating to the organization, compensation, supplies, equipment, rations, forage, clothes, powers and authority of the Ranger Force of the State of Texas.
SB 166 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to rent, offer to rent, to have rented, or to receive compensation for the use and hire of any house or apartment house that is to bused as a dwelling which does not conform to the sanitary and comfort standards described herein for dwelling houses or apartment houses, and prescribing the water supply and the protection of same from sources of pollution; making the violation of the act a misdemeanor and prescribing penalties therefor.
SB 240 Caption: Relating to authorizing and permitting Mrs. Ethel Richburg to sue the State of Texas, in the District Court of Wood County, Texas, or in the District Court of Eastland County, Texas for damage for the death of her husband, who was killed by State Rangers on or about the 24th day of November, 1918, while said Rangers were acting in their capacity as Rangers of and without bond or other securities for their acts.
SB 263 Caption: Relating to conferring power upon the Railroad Commission of Texas to require non-grade crossings, when the public interest requires them, at the crossings of the lines of steam and interurban railways with public highways, to apportion the costs thereof amongst the owners, etc., of such railways or between the owners, etc., of such interested railways and interested counties, cities or towns; providing penalties and other remedies for the enforcement of such orders.
SB 268 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes regulating the furnishing of cars to shippers of freight by railway, the loading of such cars, and the transportation, delivery and unloading of freight in carload lots and fixing penalties for violations thereof, so as to further prescribe the duties of shippers of such freight and such railway companies.
SB 277 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act by providing that nothing in this Act shall make it unlawful for any priest or minister of any religious denomination or sect, to order or receive wine for sacramental purposes only.
SB 300 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by providing a period of limitation within which action must be brought, to foreclose liens upon land securing taxes, providing a period within which such lien shall be barred.
SB 301 Caption: Relating to escheating a railroad and its property to the State, when such road has abandoned operation of the road or is threatening to abandon operation, prescribing the duties of the attorney general of the State of Texas in filing suit for such purpose.
SB 356 Caption: Relating to repealing special road law for Camp county, Texas.
SB 368 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the publishing of articles, comments, and criticisms in newspapers, periodicals, posters, and circulars, in a foreign language without printing opposite to such article, comment or criticism, a correct translation of the same into the English language, when such article or common relates to the Governmental affairs of this State, or any State in the United States, or of the United States, or of the United States or any city, county or municipality in this State.
SB 369 Caption: Relating to providing a more stringent and effective alien land law for the State of Texas.
SB 387 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing for the enforced levy, assessment and collection of taxes for interest and sinking funds for indebtedness incurred y counties, cities and towns; providing penalty for failure of assessor to assess property for taxation for such purposes, and of the collector to collect such taxes; providing penalty for failure of any county, city or town treasurer, or city or county depository, or the officers thereof, as the case may be, to remit funds to place of payment named in said obligations, when notified.
SB 400 Caption: Relating to creating the Van Independent School District in Van Zandt County, Texas; defining its boundaries; providing for a board of trustees; conferring upon said district and its board of trustees the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Law of the State upon independent school districts and board of trustees thereof.
SB 402 Caption: Relating to providing for the establishment and maintenance of an institution for the care, training and education of women offender, to be known as the State Reformatory for Women; providing for a board of control, and for management of said institution; prescribing who shall be admitted thereto; providing for regulating the same; making an appropriation for the establishment and maintenance of same.
SCR 33 Caption: Providing for the appointment of a committee to investigate certain matters affecting the State Orphan Home.
SJR 8 Caption: Proposing an amendment striking out and repealing the section certain articles of the Texas Constitution and substituting an article prohibiting the manufacture, barter or exchange of spirituous, vinous or malt liquors capable of providing intoxication.
SJR 20 Caption: Proposing an amendment relating to extending to any county or sub-division thereof the right to levy by majority vote of the qualified voters a special tax of sixty cents on the one hundred dollars valuation for the maintenance and improvement of public roads.

SB 13 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities and towns to re-assess the cost of street and sidewalk improvements, granting cities and towns power to re-assess the cost of street and side-walk improvements where prior assessment is erroneous or declared void.
SB 61 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that any Text-book contractor shall make a Bond of Twenty-thousand Dollars, ($20,000.00), for each text-book adopted, and Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), for each supplementary Text-book adopted.

SB 24 Caption: Relating to requiring the commissioners courts to redefine and correctly set out boundaries of overlapping road districts, etc.
SB 54 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law for Smith County.
SB 85 Caption: Relating to providing that trains shall be regulated and notice shall be given of the time of trains, their places of stopping for freight and passengers; providing further that no railroad company shall cease to operate trains on any railroad.

SB 76 Caption: Relating to amending a certain special road law rendering more effective and efficient the present road law in its application and operation in certain counties.
SB 101 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the 5th and 7th Judicial Districts of Texas and creating the 77th Judicial District.
SB 255 Caption: Relating to authorizing any individual, association or corporation to redeem any real estate sold under the terms and stipulations stated in any Deed of Trust or other contract lien, to redeem said real estate at any time within two years from the date of said sale by paying the principal debt against said land together with interest and attorney's fees.
SB 305 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute requiring the Commissioners' Court to cause to be published the delinquent tax record of each county in the estate; requiring the Commissioners' Court to have suits filed for the collection of said taxes twenty (20) days after the publication of said delinquent tax record; providing that the County or District Attorney of each county shall file suits to enforce the collection of delinquent taxes; providing a penalty.
SJR 15 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment abolishing the office of County Treasurer and providing that the county depository shall keep the records now kept by the County Treasurer; making an appropriation.
SR 114 Caption: Directing the Comptroller to investigate certain appropriations to the Governor's mansion.

SB 9 Caption: Relating to making a certain appropriation to promote, improve and assist in the development of the country schools of the State.
SB 13 Caption: Relating to establishing three State Normal Colleges; providing for their location, construction and control; making an appropriation.
