SB 9 Caption: Relating to an act amending what is known as the Employers Liability Act as passed by the 33rd Legislature and amended by the 35th Legislature.
SB 10 Caption: Relating to an act to regulate and supervise the sale and purchase of stocks in this State (termed the Blue Sky Act).
SB 11 Caption: Relating to limited partnerships, in companies or associations, etc.
SB 12 Caption: Relating to proposing the creation of a Public Utility regulation, known as the Public Utility Act.

SB 15 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to private corporations by providing for the creation of private corporation for the establishment and maintenance of garages with authority to purchase, sell, store, house, rent, repair and otherwise deal in automobiles and other motor vehicles and their accessories, gasoline and oils necessary in the operation of motor vehicles, with the right to operate motor vehicles of all kinds (except aeroplanes) for the carriage of passengers and freight, either or both, and to make reasonable charge therefor.
SB 16 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by providing for the creation of corporations for the establishment and maintenance of drilling companies for the purpose of operating for oil, gas, and other materials.
SB 17 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to corporations by providing for the incorporation of stock exchanges with authority to buy, sell, exchange and otherwise deal in the stocks and bonds of all classes of corporation.
SB 18 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to private corporations by providing for the creation of private corporations for the purpose of construction, building and manufacture of aeroplanes, to buy, sell and otherwise deal therein, and to operate, or have operated, any such machine for the purpose of carrying passengers and freight and to maintain all necessary starting and alighting grounds and fields.
SB 19 Caption: Relating to regulating and supervising the sale and purchase in this State of stocks by any person, firm, corporation, joint stock company, or other association of persons, organized for profit which propose to increase their capital stock; providing penalty for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
SB 20 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the operation of a corporation for the dual purpose of owning, controlling or operating a cotton seed oil mill, and of owning, controlling or operating a public cotton gin; also prohibiting a corporation chartered for the purpose of operating a cotton seed oil mill from owning, controlling or operating directly or indirectly a public cotton gin in this State; providing suitable penalties, forfeitures and procedure for enforcing this act.
SB 21 Caption: Relating to regulating cotton oil mill corporations and public cotton gin corporations.
SB 22 Caption: Relating to providing for a uniform compensation for ginning cotton and the price to be charged therefor; providing for a uniform price for wrapping cotton and conferring upon the Commissioner of Markets and Warehouses the power and duty to establish the basic and corresponding prices therefor; authorizing the Commissioner of Markets and Warehouses to cancel the license of any ginner violating the provisions of this act.
SB 23 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statutes relating to partnerships and joint stock companies and providing for the dissolution of the said partnerships and joint stock companies within ninety days after the taking effect of this Act.
SB 24 Caption: Relating to providing that the interest of a mortgage or trustee under any fire insurance policy shall not be invalidated by any act of neglect of the mortgager or owner of the property insured by said policy, or the happening of any condition beyond his control, and declaring void any stipulation in any fire insurance contract in conflict herewith.
SB 25 Caption: Relating to forfeiting the interest of any beneficiary under a life insurance policy or contract when the beneficiary is the principal or accomplice in bringing about the cause of death of the insured.
SB 26 Caption: Relating to providing that suicide of the insured shall be no defense to any suit brought upon policies of insurance upon the life of the insured, issued by any life insurance company, unless it shall be shown to the satisfaction of the court or jury trying same, that the insured contemplated suicide at the time he made his application for a policy, and providing that any stipulation to the contrary, in the policy or contract or by-laws of any such life insurance company shall be void.
SB 34 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes concerning the marital rights of parties, defining the separate and community property of the husband and wife, conferring upon the wife power to make contracts, authorizing suits on such contracts.
SB 61 Caption: Relating to placing under the jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission of the State of Texas, public utilities as defined in this Act, conferring upon the Commission powers for the regulation of such public utilities as defined herein, except the rates and service of public utilities operated by cities and towns, prescribing the rights and duties of public utilities, preserving to cities, towns and municipalities powers for regulation and control, providing penalties for violations of provisions of this Act.
SB 97 Caption: Relating to limited partnerships, joint stock companies, and unincorporated joint stock associations or companies, and common law corporations (so-called), providing that a certified copy of the articles of agreement and all amendments, or supplements, as well as dissolutions thereof, of all limited partnerships, joint stock companies, unincorporated joint stock associations or companies, now organized, or that may hereafter be organized in this State be filed in the office of the Secretary of State to be by such officer kept for the inspection of all persons interested in such organization.
SB 163 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts providing certain manner of marking bales of cotton ginned by each and every ginner, and providing that the quality of bagging shall at all times be such that the making thereon will be under ordinary conditions remain intact and visible.
SB 214 Caption: Relating to making appropriation to pay Honorable C.C. Hines, of Jefferson, Texas, Ninety ($90.00) Dollars for services rendered, as Special District Attorney, during 1915, in the District Court of Titus County, Texas.
SB 228 Caption: Relating to garages and machine shops, requiring mechanics employed or working therein to pass an examination and secure a license, and granting to the owner and operators of garages and machine shops a lien for labor materials and parts furnished.
SB 286 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to employers' liability, and providing for the compensation of certain employees and their representatives and beneficiaries for personal injuries sustained in the course of employment.
SB 287 Caption: Relating to the formation of corporations and to contract for and make blue prints, mimeographs and do plat work.
SB 305 Caption: Relating to providing for the payment by taxation, when authorized by an election in the district affected, of any certificates of indebtedness issued by any improvement district created prior to the year 1915 for drainage or levee purposes.
SB 374 Caption: Relating to amending certain act so that it will provide the interest of mortgagee or trustee under deed of trust or other lien named in any fire insurance policy, insuring real property shall not be invalidated by any act or neglect of the mortgagor or owner of the property insured by said policy or the happening of any condition beyond his contract and declaring void any stipulation in any fire insurance policy in conflict herewith.
