SB 22 Caption: Relating to regulating the business of banking in this State with reference to private banks, and providing that all private banks shall cease to operate after January 1, 1922, etc.

SB 99 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles regulating the licensing of Attorneys at Law in the State of Texas, prescribing their qualifications.
SB 110 Caption: Relating to defining live stock commission merchants; requiring such merchants to give bond; providing for renewal of such bond; imposing penalties for pursuing the occupation of live stock commission merchant when bond has not been made, or when there has been an intentional breach of said bond; requiring remittances of the proceeds of stock sold by such commission merchant to be made to the consignees within forty eight hours after such sale has been made, either in certified check or bank exchange, unless waived in writing by such consignee.
SB 111 Caption: Relating to authorizing any town or city in this State which may have been, or may hereafter be chartered or organized under the laws of Texas, or by special act or charter, to develop or lease any oil or mineral lands owned or held by such town or city; also authorizing such cities and towns to provide for the health, comfort, convenience, recreation and amusement of the citizens of such town or city, and to use the public places, parks and reservoirs owned by such town or city, and to make necessary regulations and reasonable charges therefor.
SB 119 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles so as to provide, in substance, that when the judgment of the lower court is affirmed or reversed and rendered, that the Court of Civil Appeals or the Supreme Court in which said suit is pending, shall at the same time render judgment against the party appealing, together with the sureties on the appeal, or Superdedeas Bond for the amount of the judgment so rendered, and providing that said court shall make disposition as to costs as may be deemed proper.
SB 134 Caption: Relating to defining junk dealers; requiring such dealers to keep a record of junk transactions; forbidding the purchase of certain articles by such dealers form minors; prescribing penalties.
SB 135 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute of the Penal Code of Texas so as to remove the exception for sale of provisions before 9:00 a.m. on Sundays.
SB 168 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities and towns heretofore organized under any of the laws of this State, either general or special, or which may be hereafter organized in this State, to provide for the health, comfort, convenience, recreation and amusement of the citizens of such towns or cities, and to use the public places, parks and reservoirs owned by such city, and to make all necessary regulations and reasonable charges therefor.
SB 169 Caption: Relating to authorizing any town or city in this State now organized, or which may be hereafter organized, under the laws of Texas, or operating under a special act or charter, to lease any oil or mineral land owned or held by such town or city, provided that the same shall not apply to any streets or alleys, public squares or any lands dedicated by any person, or persons, for public use, in such town or city.
SB 179 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles so as to vest in the Commissioners Courts of certain counties the right to fix the compensation of the chief probation officer at not to exceed $2,400.00 per annum.
SB 180 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the employment of children under fifteen (15) years of age to labor in certain occupations so as to provide that in counties of one hundred thousand (100,000) population or over, the duties heretofore devolved upon the county judge by the original Act shall hereafter be performed by the chief probation officer in such counties, and re-enacting the said section of said statutes in all other respects.
SB 190 Caption: Relating to giving authority to every city incorporated under the laws of Texas, having a population of twenty-five thousand (25,000) or more to require the payment of a Permit Fee, not to exceed Two ($2.00) Dollars, from the owners and operators of motor vehicles and motor cycles, living within the limits of such city, as a prerequisite to the right to the use of its streets by such vehicles.
SB 191 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to cover the cost of installation and equipment of a heating plant at the Grubbs Vocational College, Arlington, Texas.
SB 194 Caption: Relating to requiring every person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of operating a garage or repair shop within this State, for the repairing, rebuilding, repainting of automobiles, or engaged in electrical work in connection with automobiles, to keep a register containing a description of every car upon which the work of repair is performed or which is bought or sold; making unlawful the possession of an automobile with the engine number chiseled off; providing punishment for violation of this Act.
SB 206 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public highways.
SB 229 Caption: Relating to providing for the better enforcement of the Traffic Laws of this State, regulating the Public Highways by motor vehicles; providing for the employment of Sheriff's deputies; regulating the disposition of fines collected in the prosecutions contemplated by this Act.
SB 239 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to authorize the County Commissioners' Court in counties having a population of over one hundred thousand (100,000) according to the U.S. census of 1910, to have the option of leasing from the Board of Prison Commissioners all convicts sent to the penitentiary from such counties, where the convictions do not exceed two years in length, and providing for the terms upon which such convicts can be obtained by said counties.
SB 257 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the right of eminent domain of railways so as to provide that if any railroad corporation be unable to agree with the owner for the purchase of any real estate, or the material thereon, required for the purpose of its incorporation or the transaction of its business, etc., such corporation may acquire such property in the manner provided by law.
SB 326 Caption: Relating to providing for the organization, incorporation and admission and the regulation, taxation and control of incorporated mutual insurance companies, other than life.
SB 349 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to incorporation of oil development companies.
SB 350 Caption: Relating to conserving the oil and gas resources of the State of Texas; investing the Railroad Commission of Texas with authority to make all needful rules and regulations with respect to the conservation of said resources; prescribing offenses against said Act, and providing for the punishment therefor.
SB 372 Caption: Relating to providing for the payment of witnesses brought before the Court of Criminal Appeals on any hearings requiring the production of oral testimony; providing that such witnesses shall receive the same compensation as witnesses in ordinary felony cases, and that the officers summoning said witnesses shall be paid the same fees as for like services in ordinary felony cases.
SB 380 Caption: Relating to conferring upon the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Clerk of said Court in original cases filed in said court all of the powers conferred by the laws of this State upon the District Courts and the clerks thereof in the issuance of subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and all other process.
