SB 8 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to pay off certain refunding coupon bonds of the State of Texas being held by the permanent school fund of the State.
SB 31 Caption: Relating to amending the election laws; providing that county executive committees may have equal representation of men and women; placing women equal in all such requirements of political matters as men.
SB 162 Caption: Relating to validating the charters and amendments to charters of all cities of more than five thousand inhabitants in this State, which have adopted charters, or attempted to adopt or amend charters, and validating all proceedings had by City Councils or City Commissions, or governing authority, in regard to the question of the adoption of charters or amendments thereto.
SB 205 Caption: Relating to providing for a fee to be charged by the Secretary of State, where investigation has to be made in connection with granting charters, etc.
SB 234 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act providing for the manner in which State funds shall be kept and deposited.

SB 78 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to the Prison Commission of the State of Texas for operating expenses of said Prison Commission until September 1, 1922.
SB 82 Caption: Relating to amending the act relating to the amount to be paid to the State Banking Board of the State of Texas by any bank or trust company which now has the payment of its deposits guaranteed by the Depositors' Guaranty Fund, or which may hereafter elect to secure its deposits under the Depositors' Guaranty Fund, and limiting the amount of said Depositors' Guaranty Fund to five million dollars.

SB 171 Caption: Relating to defining what constitutes a public weigher; prescribing his duties and providing for rules and regulations governing the performance of his duties.
SB 172 Caption: Relating to defining what shall constitute a unit of weight or measure, for all commodities purchased or sold by length, weight or measure; providing penalties for anyone who shall sell an article or commodity, representing same to be a greater or less number of pounds or quantity per unit with intent to defraud; providing that all articles of foodstuff, produce or commodity, and providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
SB 173 Caption: Relating to establishing a standard of weights and measures in the State of Texas; regulating weight and measure and weighing and measuring instruments and devices, and providing for the inspection and sealing thereof and attesting to the accuracy of same; providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act; making an appropriation.
SB 211 Caption: Relating to making uniform the law of negotiable instruments in the State of Texas.
SB 331 Caption: Relating to providing for the reorganization of a Rangers Force for the protection of the frontier against marauding and thieving parties, foreign foes or an enemy of the State of Texas or the Government of the United States, and for the suppression of lawlessness and crime throughout the State, or to suppress any invasion from an alien enemy of the State or any State of the United State of America; prescribing duties and powers of members of such force; regulating their compensation.
SB 401 Caption: Relating to providing that there be, and there is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of otherwise appropriated the sum of $35,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the fiscal year ending the 31st day of August, 1919, with which to pay the expenses of the employment department of the State Council of Defense; providing the manner of payment of same.

SB 55 Caption: Relating to providing for the furnishing and engraving of a stone to be placed in Memorial Hall at the foot of the Washington Monument in Washington, DC; creating a Commission to supervise the engraving and placing of said stone; making an appropriation.
