HB 45 Caption: Relating to preventing the sale of bass, white perch, crappie, channel or other catfish in certain counties, prohibiting the use of any seine, net, trap or other device, for taking or catching fish other than a minnow seine which shall not be more than twenty feet in length; providing penalties for the violation thereof.

HB 461 Caption: Relating to authorizing gas, oil, other mineral and metal leases and sale of gas, oil, other minerals and metals by executors or administrators under order of the county court entered on the minutes of the probate court either in term time or in vacation; providing for notice of the application for such order; requiring report by executors or administrators of such leases and sales and providing for the manner of approval or disapproval thereof by the county court in term time or in vacation.
HB 515 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws by providing that it shall be the duty of the tax collector to transmit to the State Highway Department one-half of the gross registration chauffeur or transfer fees collected during the preceding week and to retain the other one-half to be deposited in the county depository; providing that in counties that have not received state or federal aid for road building purposes the tax collector shall transmit only one-fourth of the gross fees collected during the preceding week, retaining a deposit in the county to the credit of the road and bridge fund the remaining three-fourths.
