38th Regular Session
HB 9 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Director to purchase additional lands adjacent to the A. and M. Colege of Texas, the title to said lands to be taken in the name of the Board of Directors and their successors, and said lands to be subject to the control of said Board of Directors.
HB 17 Caption: Relating to requiring the Board of Water Engineers and the State Reclamation Engineer to make an appropriation for an adequate topographic and hydrographic survey of the stream watersheds of the State.
HB 118 Caption: Relating to amending Chapter 4 of the Penal Code of the State of Texas so as to properly define "concentrated feed stuff," and "concentrated commercial feeding stuff"; amending other articles of said chapter, and reducing the penalty; making said chapter apply to firms, corporations, associations of persons, manufacturers, importers, agents, sellers and common law trust companies or associations, as well as persons; omitting the jail penalty; providing a penalty for violation of said chapter where a penalty is not otherwise provided.
