HB 8 Caption: Relating to amending legislation relating to prorating the appropriation for Confederate pensions among the pensioners; to provide that women who were wives of Confederate soldiers or sailors and who after the death of such soldiers or sailors have remarried, but who have been separated from or abandoned by their husbands and living apart from them for a period of three years next prior to her application for a pension, and who are in indigent circumstances, may be eligible to the grant of a pension.
HB 126 Caption: Relating to allowing Commissioners' Courts of the several counties of this state to appropriate county funds for farm demonstration work and girls' canning club work, when such appropriations have been authorized by a majority vote of the qualified tax-paying electors of such counties.

HB 69 Caption: Relating to levying an annual occupation tax on the business of selling, or offering for sale any intoxicating liquors by soliciting or taking orders therefor in any quantities whatever in any county, justice precinct, town, city or other subdivision of a county where the qualified voters thereof have by a majority vote determined that the sale of intoxicating liquors shall be prohibited therein; providing for the issuance of licenses and fixing penalties for the violation of this Act, and providing for injunction to prevent its violation.
HB 86 Caption: Relating to amending Article 2957, Chapter 1, Title (55) fifty-five, of the Revised Statutes, relating to the issuance of a marriage license, the amendment providing that in case of a female under 18 years and a male under 21 age, the consent of parent or guardian shall be given.
HB 585 Caption: Relating to creating the Sunset Independent School District in Montague county, Texas, defining its boundaries, providing for the election of a board of trustees to manage and control the public free schools within said district, investing said district with the rights, powers, privileges, and duties of a town or village incorporated for free school purposes only under the general laws.
HB 587 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Montague county, in the State of Texas, and making county commissioners of said county ex-officio road commissioners, and prescribing their duties as such, and providing for their compensation as road commissioners, and defining the powers and duties of the commissioners courts of said county and fixing a penalty for the violation of this act.
