HB 179	Caption: Relating to validating the incorporation of cities and towns under five thousand inhabitants heretofore attempting to incorporate under the general law but which have failed to comply with all requirements in the manner of incorporating, validating bonds attempted to be issued by said cities and towns, validating official acts thereof.
