HB 14 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles of the Penal Code by eliminating therefrom all matters relating to the offense of Manslaughter and changing the penalty for murder.
HB 15 Caption: Relating to repealing Chapter 15, Title 15 of the Penal Code, which relates to the offense of Manslaughter, and abolishing the offense of Manslaughter.
HB 16 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws relating to the road System of Hamilton County, by changing the minimum age of persons required to work the roads, changing the amount of indebtedness that can be created in road matters and changing the compensation of the road supervisors.
