SB 63 Caption: Relating to fees allowed in Habeas Corpus and felony cases.

SB 65 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws so as to provide the manner in which bail shall be taken in cases of felony and misdemeanor, and providing in cases of felony for the creation of a lien on the property of the sureties described in the bail bond, the recording of same by the County Clerk, or clerks in the counties where lands shown in said bond are situated.

SB 19 Caption: Relating to amending Special Road Law for Bexar County, Texas, authorizing the Commissioners' Court of Bexar County to issue bonds of said County for the purpose of funding or refunding indebtedness incurred for road and bridge purposes and to levy a tax in payment thereof.
SB 65 Caption: Relating to providing for the redemption of land sold under decree of court for taxes levied by the State or by any County, and providing that the redemption of the land so sold may be had within two years from the date of such sale and providing the terms, conditions, and penalties incident thereto.
SB 66 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws so as to provide that whenever land is sold under a decree and judgment of Court for taxes levied by or for any district organized under the laws of the State of Texas with authority to levy and collect taxes, the owner of such property, or any one having an interest therein, shall have the right to redeem the same at any time within two years from the date of such sale upon payment of double the amount paid by the purchaser at such sale.

SB 125 Caption: Relating to providing the manner of service of citation on application for the appointment of administrator; validating the service of citation and the appointment of administrators in so far as notice is concerned where citation has been made by publication as provided for without posting notices, or where citation has been made by posting notices as provided for without publication as provided.

SB 43 Caption: Relating to providing for the purchase and conveyance to the State of Texas of the land in the City of San Antonio known as the Ancient Government Palace Property, which was the building used as the capitol of the Ancient Province of Texas; making an appropriation.
SB 44 Caption: Relating to relinquishing, quit-claiming and granting unto all incorporated cities and towns that have a population of forty thousand inhabitants, or more, all of the beds and channels and also all of the abandoned beds and channels of all rivers, streams and other channels, that are now or that may hereafter be within the present or future corporate limits of such incorporated cities and towns in so far as the beds and channels, and such abandoned channels, of such rivers, streams and other channels may be owned or claimed as the property of the State.

SB 197 Caption: Relating to providing for the care and custody of that part of the old Alamo Mission property purchased by the state, adjoining the building known as the "Alamo Church", and that same be delivered to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, to be maintained and remodeled upon plans adopted by them and providing that no changes or alterations shall be made in the Alamo Church proper except such as necessary for its preservation.
SB 254 Caption: Relating to amending article 4992, Title 73, of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1911, relating to rain water diversion.
SB 400 Caption: Relating to providing more efficient road laws for Bexar County, conferring on the "commissioners" court of Bexar County control of all roads, bridges, drains, ditches, culverts, and all works incident to same; prohibiting the blockading of county roads by trains, etc., and providing a penalty.
SB 450 Caption: Relating to providing the mode by which certain animals may be prevented from running at large in certain counties so as to include Kerr and Kendall Counties.
