HB 2 Caption: Relating to repeal all laws authorizing the sale of minerals in university lands or the making of mineral leases on and of said lands.
HB 13 Caption: Relating to providing that that appointment to the State service shall be on the basis of merit determined by examination, with certain exceptions, providing that the State Board of Control shall administer this act and provide for the examinations and rules therefor; defining competitive and non-competitive classes, and providing for fees for examination; prescribing a penalty.
