HB 7 Caption: Relating to creating and incorporating the French Independent School District, in Jefferson County, Texas; providing that in any case any clause, section or sections of this act shall be held by the courts to be unconstitutional or ineffective, such decision by the courts shall not affect or invalidate the remaining sections and provisions of this act.
HB 63 Caption: Relating to authorizing the creation of a junior college district; providing for the election of trustees for said district, naming the term of office, providing how vacancies may be filled, the organization of said trustees and the election of officers.
