HB 90 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any teacher, or other instructor, in any university, college, normal, public school or other educational institution of this State, which is supported in whole or in part from public funds derived by State or local taxation, to teach as a fact that mankind evolved from a lower order of animals; providing penalties.
HB 443 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of Morris County to issue bonds of said county for the purpose of funding or refunding indebtedness incurred for road and bridge purposes and to levy a tax in payment thereof, and providing that if the validity of the indebtedness to be funded by such bonds is not questioned in any suit or proceeding within sixty days from the adoption of the order of the Commissioners' Court authorizing the issuance of such bonds, then such indebtedness shall be conclusively presumed to be valid.
41st 2nd Called Session
HB 66 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any teacher or other instructor in any educational institution of the state supported from public funds to teach as a fact that mankind evolved from a lower order of animals or that the Genesis account of creation is not true; making it unlawful to select textbooks for such institutions to adopt that teach evolution as a fact; providing a penalty.
HB 84 Caption: Relating to levying a State occupation tax on the sale at retail of cigars and cigarettes; prescribing penalties.
HR 27 Caption: Requesting the Board of Regents for all schools in the State to take proper measures to prevent the teaching of evolution, and requesting the State Text Book Board to not adopt any textbook containing such doctrine.

HB 18 Caption: Relating to levying a tax upon retail dealers in tobacco and tobacco products; prescribing penalties.

HB 481 Caption: Relating to prohibiting any person teaching or performing his duties as teacher, instructor, professor, officer, president or superintendent in any public school in this State who is an atheist or who disbelieves in a Supreme Being, requiring an oath to accomplish such end.
HB 638 Caption: Relating to amending the special road law of Titus County so as to authorize the commissioners' court to fund the road and bridge indebtedness of said county, by the issuance of funding or refunding bonds, and to levy a tax in payment thereof.
