SB 35 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act changing the year upon which is based the assessed valuation of taxable properties affected by the Act to be amended, and relating to the compensation of County Commissioners.
SB 38 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute of the Penal Code of the State of Texas relating to the pollution of water courses and other bodies of water.
SB 41 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of a commission on uniform State laws, the appointment of commissioner thereto, and the payment of the expenses of such commissioners and contribution to the support of the national conference of commissioners on uniform laws.

SB 93 Caption: Relating to creating and establishing out of territory now embraced in the Counties of Montgomery, Liberty and Harris, in the State of Texas, a new county to be known as Cleveland County containing a superficial area of not less than seven hundred (700) square miles.
SB 146 Caption: Relating to determining and regulating the pastoral rights of owners or lessees of land enclosed by fences or natural barriers or partly by fences and partly by natural barriers, among the several owners and lessees of land so enclosed, where such rights are not, or cannot be fixed, by agreement of such owners and lessees..

SB 380 Caption: Relating to creating the Orange Independent School District in the County of Orange, State of Texas, defining it boundaries; providing for the addition of contiguous territory, and divesting the bodies politic now controlling the same of the title to all the territory within this Act as described and investing the same in the Orange Independent School District, providing for the personnel and election of a board of trustees to manage and control the public free schools within said districts and investing the said district with the rights, powers, privileges and duties of a city, town or village incorporated for free school purposes only under the General Laws continuing the tax heretofore voted.
