41st Regular Session
SB 10 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that defendants jointly or separately indicted for an offense growing out of the same transaction shall, in the discretion of the trial court, be placed on trial either jointly or separately.
SB 11 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws so as to provide that where there are one or more felony charges against one or more persons for the same act or transaction, the whole may be joined in one indictment in separate counts, charging separate offenses.
SB 12 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that any defendant in a criminal action shall be permitted to testify on his own behalf; and provided that when there are two or more persons jointly charged or indicted or charged separately that the privilege of testifying therein shall be extended only to the party on trial.
SB 13 Caption: Relating to providing for increase of salaries for one assistant district attorney and one stenographer in certain counties, and repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict therewith.
