HB 220 Caption: Relating to directing the State Superintendent of Public Instruction to pay out of the Rural Aid Fund heretofore appropriated by the 41st Legislature, Third Called Session, a certain sum of money as a reward or bonus for consolidation to certain school districts.
HB 330 Caption: Relating to regulating corporations heretofore and hereafter created for the purpose as outlined by Senate Bill 232 of the Regular Session of the 40th Legislature.
HB 410 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes by requiring bank and trust companies to segregate assets held in a fiduciary capacity from the general assets of the bank, to keep a separate set of books and records showing in detail certain transactions; providing that funds deposited or held in trust awaiting investment shall be carried in a separate account and not to be used by the bank in the conduct of its business unless it shall first set aside in the trust department United States bonds or other approved securities.
HB 415 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes and providing for the control of State Highways of Texas and providing that no change in the routing of highways already designated within certain towns and cities shall be changed without the consent of the Commissioner's Court of the county.

HB 528 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws providing for the control of State Highways of Texas and providing that no change in the routing of highways already designated within towns and cities of more than two hundred population shall be changed without the consent of the Commissioners' Court of the county wherein said town or city is situated.
