SB 6	Caption: Relating to making unlawful the making or use of false statements in writing respecting the financial condition, or means, or ability to pay, of the person making such false statement, or causing same to be made, or any person, firm or corporation in which he is interested, or for whom he is acting, for the purpose of obtaining money, property, or credit, or the making, acceptance, discount, sale, or endorsement of a bill of exchange or promissory note, amounting to more than fifty ($50.00) dollars, whether such statements are made directly or indirectly.
SB 14	Caption: Relating to promoting the public school interest of rural schools and those of small towns, aiding the people to provide adequate school facilities for the education of their children, by the appropriation of three million ($3,000,000) dollars per year, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the next two fiscal years, ending August 31, 1926 and August 31, 1927.
SB 15	Caption: Relating to amending certain statute of the Penal Code of the State of Texas relative to the offense of swindling so as to prohibit the obtaining of money or other thing of value with intent to defraud by the giving or drawing of any check, draft, or order upon any bank, person, or firm or corporation with which the person giving or drawing such check, draft or order has not sufficient funds to pay same; providing a penalty.
SB 56	Caption: Relating to requiring all railway companies, and all other persons, firms and corporations to place all bridges, viaducts, over-headways, foot bridges, or wires hereafter built or placed over the tracks of a railway not less than twenty-two (22) feet from the top of the rails of such track, and to place all loading platforms, houses, structures, fences, lumber, wood and other materials hereafter built, placed or stored along railway lines, spurs, switches or sidings not less than eight and one-half (8 1/2) feet from the center of such main line, spur, switch or siding track.
SB 57	Caption: Relating to limiting the weights of wagons or other vehicles drawn by muscular power which may be operated on the public highways; prescribing penalties.
SB 78	Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to process and service in civil actions in the Justice's Courts by providing for issuance and mailing of citations to defendants, whether residents of the same or different counties or non-residents of the State; prescribing the requisites thereof, the manner of sending, and the evidence of delivery thereof to such defendants.

SB 307	Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to pleas of privilege, the sufficiency thereof and the procedure thereon so as to provide a definite length of time in which to file controverting affidavits and providing that an appeal shall in all events suspend trial on the merits pending the appeal; and providing that the Act shall only apply to cases filed subsequent to time it becomes effective.
SB 318	Caption: Relating to the compensation of county treasurers of several counties; fixing the rate of commissions and maximum annual compensation for said treasurers, and the maximum annual compensation for their services.
SB 319	Caption: Relating to creating the Golden Independent School District in Wood County, Texas; describing said district created by metes and bounds, providing a board of trustee therefor, vesting said school district and board of trustees with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon independent school districts incorporated under the General Laws of Texas, providing for an election to determine whether or not said district shall assume and pay outstanding bonds of the territory therein embraced and levy a tax therefor.
SB 320	Caption: Relating to amending certain statute creating the Ninth Supreme Judicial District of Texas so as to take Wood County out of the Fifth Supreme Judicial District and add Wood County to the Sixth Supreme Judicial District.
