HB 8 Caption: Relating to the licensing of motor vehicle operators and chauffeurs and to the liability of certain persons for negligence in the operation of motor vehicles on the public highways, providing for issuance of licenses, revocation thereof, forbidding driving by persons without licenses, providing penalties.
HB 19 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to 54-hour week for female employees.

HB 665 Caption: Relating to requiring Courts of Civil Appeals to certify to the Supreme Court, for its decision, any question of law involved in a case of which the Supreme Court cannot take jurisdiction by writ of error, and which is important to the jurisprudence of the State, and has not been previously decided by the Supreme Court.

HB 960 Caption: Relating to providing that in any prosecution, suit, or action by the State of Texas, or any of its agencies, under any provision of the statutes of the State of Texas, it shall be a good and valid defense to such prosecution, suit, or action for the defendant to show that he has acted under the authority of, or in accordance with, the agreements, rulings, regulations, and policies promulgated by the President of the United States, or by his authority under such laws as may be prescribed by the Congress of the United States under Title 1, of the "National Industrial Recovery Act," and providing that the provisions of this Act shall be inoperative after a period not to exceed two years and sixty days after the enactment hereof.

HCR 73 Caption: Memorializing Congress to repeal Section 33, Title 54, Chapter 4 of the United States Code of 1925 in order to eliminate their sedition laws.

HJR 39 Caption: Ratifying an amendment to the Constitution of the united States of America, passed by the Sixty-eighth congress of the United states of America, at its First Session, begun and held at the City of Washington on Monday, the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four (1924), which amendment, in substance, grants power to the Congress to limit, regulate, and prohibit the labor of persons under eighteen years of age, and expressly leaves unimpaired the power of the several States, except that the laws of said State shall be suspended to the extent necessary to give effect to legislation enacted by Congress.
