SB 388 Caption: Relating to making it the duty of the State Health Department to analyze any liquor or liquid to ascertain its alcoholic content when requested to do so by any county attorney, district attorney, or the Attorney General and furnish a written report of such analyses.
SB 440 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Highway Commission to employ a chief auditor of accounts and expenditures, three engineer accountants or inspectors and two equipment inspectors, fix their compensation and pay for the same out of the State Highway Fund.
SB 441 Caption: Relating to fixing the maximum fees and excess fees that may be retained by the county attorney of any county having a population of as many as 25,000 and not more than 37,500 in which county there is no city containing over 35,000 inhabitants, and such county attorney performs the duties of a district attorney and where there is no district attorney provided by law to perform such duties.
SB 445 Caption: Relating to eliminating from Article 1929 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925 the provision requiring the county judge to get permission from the commissioners court to leave the county or state, and so as to change the provisions of said article relative to the county judge attending to his duties and being absent.
SB 446 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles of the Penal Code so as to provide that any county judge in this state who shall practice or offer or attempt to practice as an attorney at law in any county court or court of a justice of the peace, except in cases where the court over which he presides has neither original nor appellate jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollar.

SB 55 Caption: Relating to appropriating two million dollars ($2,000,000) out of the general funds of the State to aid all the public schools for the scholastic year beginning September 1, 1925, and ending August 31, 1926, and two million dollars ($2,000,000) out of the general funds of the State to aid all the public schools for the scholastic year beginning September 1, 1926, and ending August 31, 1927, the same to be distributed a the available school fund is now distributed.
SB 63 Caption: Relating to promoting the public school interests of rural schools and those of small towns, of aiding the people to provide adequate school facilities for the education of their children, by the appropriation of One and a Half Million ($1,500,000) Dollar per year, or o much thereof as may be necessary, for the next two fiscal years, ending August 31, 1926, and August 31, 1927.
