HB 82 Caption: Relating to permitting any city or town to pledge or encumber the revenue from their light systems, water systems, sewer systems, natural gas systems, parks, and swimming pools, or any one of them, without the necessity of an election, for the purpose of securing the United States Government or any of its agencies in the repayment of any loan made for the purpose of building, improving, enlarging, extending, or repairing such systems or any one of them.
