HB 266 Caption: Relating to declaring the policy of the State of Texas with reference to the production and conservation of natural gas and correlative rights of owners of gas producing properties; prescribing the penalties for violations of this Act and authorizing suits for penalties in the name of the State and fixing the venue of such suits.
HB 267 Caption: Relating to limiting the purposes for which corporations may be chartered or may exist, and providing that certain corporations heretofore or hereafter chartered for dual purposes shall only engage in one business.
HB 577 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; abolishing the office of Inspector of Hides and Animals in Randall County.
HB 579 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person to take or catch any fish in the waters of any stream, lake, pool, or reservoir of certain counties in this State during the months of April and May of each year; fixing a penalty.
HB 739 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of $2,500 to make necessary repairs upon the administration building at West Texas State Teachers College, and $7,500 for materials to construct and finish a men's dormitory now under construction.
HB 740 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Chapter of the General and Special Laws of the 40th Legislature (R.S.); arrangement of the State Service Commission.
HB 890 Caption: Relating to authorizing any sheriff or other officer sued to recover the possession of slot machines or other devices held by such sheriff under the order of any court directing the destruction of such machines to employ competent attorneys to defend such action, both in trial and appellate courts, providing for the payment of such attorneys by the sheriff.
HB 891 Caption: Relating to authorizing the appointment of Assistant County Attorneys in certain counties.
HB 913 Caption: Relating to aiding the Counties of Potter, Oldham, Carson, Armstrong, Randall, and Deaf Smith by releasing said counties from the payment of all ad valorem taxes levied for State purposes, and all interest and penalties which have accrued on such taxes which may have become delinquent, and all such ad valorem taxes as have heretofore been paid for the years from 1933 to and including the year 1938.
HB 978 Caption: Relating to authorizing the creation and incorporation of Wind Erosion Conservation Districts coextensive with the area of any county in this State.

HB 113 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation of $16,628.00 to the West Texas State Teachers College at Canyon, Texas, for the purpose of purchasing supplies and furnishing labor fo the laying of water and gas mains and furnishing electrical wiring and appliances to the boys dormitory and laying water, gas and sewer mains to the students' cottages, located at said college.
HB 127 Caption: Relating to providing for allowance to County Treasurers, to be paid by the counties, in addition to the compensation allowed them by law, all necessary office supplies, furniture and equipment, postage necessary for official business of the office, and premium on official bond of the Treasurer.
HB 128 Caption: Relating to the compensation of County Treasurers in counties having a population of 20,000 or more, according to the last preceding United States Census, providing that said officers shall be compensated on a salary basis, such compensation to be fixed by the Commissioners' Court and paid by the county, and providing allowance for necessary office supplies, furniture and equipment, postage, and premium on official bond of the Treasurer.
HB 149 Caption: Relating to amending a certain House Bill of the Acts of the 44th Legislature (R.S.); granting aid to Wind Erosion Conservation Districts in certain counties.

43rd Regular Session
HB 82 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the mode of preventing horses and certain other animals from running at large in certain counties so as to include in said statute the County of Armstrong.
HB 512 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the powers of a corporation engaged in the oil and gas producing business by providing that a separate corporation shall be formed to conduct the gas pipeline business in a similar manner as required for the oil pipeline business; providing that if any portion of this Act be unconstitutional, the remainder shall be valid; providing for the repeal of all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 546 Caption: Relating to providing that passenger trains, carrying troops of the Organized Militia, the National Guard, and trains handling troops and equipment of the United States Government, shall be permitted to place baggage cars and other cars carrying troop train equipment and military supplies within the train, in such manner as may be directed the military authorities.
HB 775 Caption: Relating to providing for restoration of jurisdiction of civil business to the District Court of 47th Judicial District in Potter County, providing for the perpetuation of said 47th District Court, and clothing said District Court with general jurisdiction of District Courts in all of the counties comprising said Judicial District; fixing the time of taking effect of this Act.
HB 848 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statute creating the County Court of Potter County at Law; transferring the causes pending on the docket of said Court to the County Court of Potter County and the Justice Courts of Potter County; making all writs and process issued out of said County Court of Potter County at Law valid and binding in the court to which the causes are transferred.
HB 871 Caption: Relating to regulating aeroplane passenger vehicles engaged regularly in the business of transporting passengers for compensation or hire in this State.
HCR 11 Caption: In memory of Charles Goodnight, "Father of the Panhandle," and proposing a scenic highway through the Palo Duro Canyon in honor of him.
HCR 33 Caption: Endorsing "The Texans" as the official band to accompany the Texas Special Train to Washington to attend the Democratic Inaugural Ceremonies.
