HB 1028 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking of certain fish in the waters of Travis County during the months of February, March, and April; providing means, methods, and devices for taking fish; providing size limits, bag limits, and possession limits; permitting the use of seines and nets for certain species; prohibiting the sale, or the taking for the purpose of selling, of any fish from the waters of Travis County; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
HB 1146 Caption: Relating to amending the Lower Colorado River Authority Act to provide that nothing in said Act shall prohibit the District from acquiring property from or selling property to the City of Austin upon such terms and conditions, and entering into such contractual relations thereto, as the District and the City may mutually agree upon.

HB 173 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that recorded judgment lien shall continue for ten years from date of record and index.
HB 467 Caption: Relating to providing for an additional Assistant District Attorney for the Fifty-third Judicial District of Texas, prescribing his qualifications, who shall be authorized to perform any official act devolving upon or authorized to be performed by the district attorney of such district.
HB 482 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; last will and testament made when the testator had no child living shall be void.
HB 520 Caption: Relating to making forcible entry a misdemeanor, defining same for the purpose of this Act.
HB 693 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 41st Legislature; providing that being a member of the Legislature shall be a sufficient cause for continuance in civil, criminal, or probate suits.
HB 825 Caption: Relating to providing for a tax of ten percent (10%) of the wholesale value of intoxicating liquors; providing that failure to keep record or exhibit them for inspection shall be punishable as a misdemeanor; providing that unauthorized manufacture, possession or sale of stamps shall be punishable as a felony and prescribing the punishment; providing that the sale or possession of liquor not properly stamped shall be punished as a felony and prescribing the punishment.
HB 843 Caption: Relating to amending certain Articles of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; defining persons who shall be charged with water pollution; providing that it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to prosecute violations under said statutes for the penal offense committed, or to prevent the violation of same by writ of injunction, and by further providing that the terms of same shall apply to all officers of municipal and private corporations.
HB 848 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 42nd Legislature (R.S.); permitting the court to set apart to the widow or children of decedents the exempt property, or property appropriated to make up allowances made in lieu of exempt property or for the support of the widow or children, after discharge of the liens or encumbrances thereon, or subject to such liens or encumbrances.
