HB 2 Caption: Relating to amending certain Articles of the 1925 Revised Criminal Statutes of Texas relating to penalties for pollution by providing that it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to prosecute violations under said Articles for the penal offense committed or to prevent the violator of same by writ of injunction and by further providing that in said Article that the terms of same shall apply to all officers of municipal and private corporations.
HB 386 Caption: Relating to providing that for a period of twenty (20) years, or such portion of such period as may be required, and upon the contingency of a loan and/or grant or allotment from the United States of America, or any agency thereof, or any other source, for the purpose of improving, developing and controlling the flood waters of the Guadalupe and/or Blanco Rivers, there is donated certain of the State ad valorem taxes collected for general revenue purposes upon the property and from persons in the counties within the bounds of said Guadalupe-Blanco River authority, including the rolling stock belonging to railroad companies for a period of twenty years, or for such portion of such period as may be required.
HB 506 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to take or catch in any manner from any of the public waters, rivers, creeks, or lakes in Gonzales County, any bass, crappie, perch, calico bass, bream, or catfish of any variety, or to have in his possession or retain in any way any bass, crappie, perch, calico bass, bream, or catfish of any variety caught or taken from such waters during certain months; fixing a penalty for violation of this Act.
HB 514 Caption: Relating to providing for and regulating the manner that owners and/or operators of oil wells producing salt water or water containing minerals in an appreciable amount may return same to such salt water or mineral water horizon from which produced.
