HB 157 Caption: Relating to providing that in counties in this State having a population less than twenty-five thousand (25,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, and a tax valuation exceeding Seventy-five Million Dollars ($60,000,000), according to the last approved tax roll of said county, that the District Attorney or Criminal District Attorney in such a county is authorized to appoint a Special Assistant District Attorney or Special Assistant Criminal District Attorney.
