HB 66 Caption: Relating to providing that all policies of Workmen's Compensation Insurance shall contain endorsement as to the method of determining dividends and assessments, if any, prohibiting more than one plan of operation by any one company or association.
HB 127 Caption: Relating to authorizing payments of funds arising out of liquidated and uncontested claims in favor of minors, lunatics, idiots, and non compos mentis.
HB 143 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred ($17,500.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to the State Crippled Children's Hospital at Galveston, Texas.
HB 145 Caption: Relating to fixing the maximum compensation to be paid Deputies, Assistants, and Clerks, and the manner in which the same may be appointed and paid, and providing that the Commissioners Court in counties having a population of sixty thousand and one (60,001) and not more than one hundred thousand (100,000) inhabitants, according to the preceding Federal Census and containing a city of not less than fifty-two thousand (52,000) inhabitants according to the preceding Federal Census, may, under certain conditions, allow First Assistant or Chief Deputy, or other Assistants, Deputies or Clerks, who are heads of departments, an additional sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300).

HB 135 Caption: Relating to re-enacting certain statute providing all evidences of indebtedness issued or to be issued by any agency now created or to hereafter be created by an act or acts of Congress of the United States, in connection with legislation for the relief of owners of mortgaged or encumbered real estate, shall be lawful investments for all fiduciary and trust funds, and may be accepted as security for all public deposits where deposits of bonds or mortgages are authorized by law to be accepted.
HB 312 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing for the deposit of securities, or the payment of taxes, fines, penalties, certificates of authority, valuation of policies, licenses, fees or any other special burden by an insurance corporation, fraternal beneficiary society or reciprocal exchange organized in a State, the laws of which require similar companies organized under the laws of the State of Texas and transacting business in said State.
HB 313 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; relating to the examination of all corporations, firms, or persons transacting insurance business of any kind in this State by providing such examination shall be made at least once every four years instead of once every two years.
HB 314 Caption: Relating to defining advisory rating corporation and/or insurance counselor, providing for the obtaining of license, contents of applications, examination of insurance counselor, fees to be paid and renewals, prohibiting certain persons from holding same, and from obtaining fee from unlawful company, providing for misrepresentations, expiration and revocation of certificate of authority, notice, appeal, from order, exempted and providing penalty.
HB 395 Caption: Relating to providing for and regulating the time of filing briefs in cases in which an appeal or writ of error has been perfected, and providing that the appellant shall have thirty days after the notice of the submission of a case in the Court of Civil Appeals in which to file his brief in the Court of Civil Appeals, and providing that upon such filing the clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals shall give notice to appellee or defendant in error, or his attorney of record, of such filing, and providing that the appellee shall file his brief five days prior to the date set for submission.
HB 465 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that rate of premiums to be charged or collected by all companies transacting the business of fire and/or tornado insurance in this State shall be exclusively fixed and determined and promulgated by the Board of Insurance Commissioners.
HB 472 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Highway Commission of Texas to provide for the removal of the bridges obstructing the construction of Intracoastal Waterway of Louisiana and Texas, and to replace same out of any funds available for that purpose.
HB 523 Caption: Relating to providing for interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum on all moneys or royalties payable or deliverable on account of the production of oil, gas, or other minerals from lands within this State when said moneys or royalties are not paid within thirty days from the production of said minerals, and providing for the calculation of said interest on royalties payable in minerals.
