SB 84 Caption: Relating to providing for the prevention and control of disease; defining certain terms; giving the State Health Officer and the State Board of Health authority to promulgate orders, rules and regulations for the protection of the public health.
SB 85 Caption: Relating to providing that the scholastic census of Texas shall be taken annually upon a prescribed form by a census trustee whose duties are specific in defining and controlling the taking of census in county line districts.

SB 221 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall be the duty of the Comptroller of the State of Texas to notify, immediately, and thereafter, when a new Federal Census is published by the United States Census Bureau, every fee officer in Texas at the beginning of each calendar year the population or voting strength of the county of such officer.
SB 222 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall be the duty of the county and district attorney to represent the State in all bond forfeiture cases, and providing that any county and district attorney who does not prosecute such proceedings shall be liable on his official bond, and providing that suit shall be filed against the county and district attorney in such cases in any district court of Travis County, Texas.

SB 432 Caption: Relating to providing for relief for the Hooks Independent School District of Bowie County, Texas, in order to aid said District in rebuilding its properties and equipping its school which was destroyed by fire on the 11th day of February, 1935.

SB 436 Caption: Relating to providing that the bail bonds of an accused shall be conditioned that the principal and sureties will pay all expenses incurred by peace officers in re-arresting the principal in the event the conditions of the bond are violated and he fails to appear before the court or magistrate on the day stated.
SB 437 Caption: Relating to the duties of county attorneys; prescribing their compensation for representing the State, either alone or aiding the district attorney in the prosecution of felony cases, including habeas corpus hearings, where the realtor is charged with an offense of the grade of felony, in the district court.
SB 438 Caption: Relating to amending certain Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that when a district clerk fails, neglects or refuses to make any report required of such officer by the Attorney General, that the Attorney General shall notify in writing the Comptroller of Public Accounts of such failure, neglect or refusal, whereupon the Comptroller shall refuse to issue any warrant which may be due to such district clerk until such report is made.
