HB 76 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts permitting the State Board of Control and Superintendents of Eleemosynary and Reformatory Institutions to increase salaries of certain employees of the State, and providing certain regulations and restrictions in respect to the expenditure.
HB 438 Caption: Relating to validating, ratifying, confirming, and legalizing all proceedings had by cities and towns in the State of Texas having a population of not more than three thousand (3,000), according to the preceding Federal Census, in submitting to the qualified voters, during the year 1941, the question of issuing of revenue bonds to finance the construction of a sanitary sewer system, in spite of any irregularities in following the requirements of the laws governing the holding of such election and canvassing the returns thereof are concerned.

HB 69 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by providing that anyone may construct on his own property a dam or reservoir to contain not to exceed fifty (50) acre-feet of water for domestic and livestock purposes without securing a permit.
HB 85 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person by word of mouth, writing, sign of symbol to willfully and deliberately advocate, advise, or teach the doctrine that the government of the United States or any state or any political subdivision should be overthrown by force, violence, or unlawful means; providing certain penalties.
HB 124 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to providing grounds for divorce.
HB 352 Caption: Relating to amending certain chapter permitting all towns and cities to require a building permit for the construction, erection, renovation, removal, or repair of any building or buildings, without regard to whether such town or city has a zoning law.
