HB 233 Caption: Relating to amending certain article relative to alimony.
HB 245 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that all Gas and Electric Utility Corporations shall be controlled and managed by a Board of Directors, who shall be stockholders of such corporations, a majority of whom shall be bona fide resident citizens of the State of Texas, and each of whom shall be stockholder in such corporations; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
