HB 652	Caption: Relating to providing that Water Control and Improvement Districts, or Water Improvement Districts, may rent or lease lands of non-resident owners or unknown owners of lands within such districts and apply the rentals to the payment of any delinquent flat rate water assessment due such district on such lands for two (2) years or more, where the said land is lying idle and not cultivated for the preceding two (2) years period, and pay the excess, if any, into the County Treasury, subject to the order of such non-resident or unknown owner.

HB 72	Caption: Relating to amending a certain Chapter of the 43rd Legislature (4th C.S.); empowering counties through their Commissioners' Courts, to provide for annual exhibits of horticultural and agricultural products, livestock and minerals and other products of interest to such counties and in connection therewith to establish and maintain museums, including the erection of the necessary buildings and other improvements, in their own counties or in any other county or city in the United States where fairs or expositions are being held.

HB 415	Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation out of the General Revenue of the State for the purpose of conducting a poison bait spray campaign in the Lower Rio Grande Valley to control and eradicate and prevent the spread to other parts of the State of the Mexican fruit fly and to meet the emergency appropriation for this campaign made by the United States Government contingent upon the State of Texas doing its share in the bait spray campaign, and to insure the continuance of the interstate trade relations now enjoyed by Texas.
HB 436	Caption: Relating to providing for the relinquishment of interest and penalties on delinquent taxes which were delinquent on February 1, 1933; and providing that same may be paid in ten (10) annual payments with interest on each one-tenth from date of delinquency, and providing penalties for failure to pay annual installments.
HB 548	Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the establishment of cemeteries, mausoleums, or crematories so as to provide for the establishment such cemeteries, mausoleums, or crematories within one mile of the city limits of an incorporated city or town, under certain restrictions.
HB 567	Caption: Relating to providing that in all judgments foreclosing any lien, except a tax lien, on homestead, where the trial court finds, as a matter of fact, that the property on which such a lien is foreclosed constitutes the homestead, no execution, order of sale, or writ of possession shall issue until after the expiration of seven hundred and thirty (730) days after the rendition of a final judgment; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict therewith.
HB 568	Caption: Relating to providing that in all sales of real estate made under powers conferred under any deed of trust or other contract lien, where the property which is to be sold constitutes the homestead of the grantor in said deed of trust, notice of such proposed sale shall be given by posting written notice thereof for one hundred and four (104) consecutive weeks prior to the day of sale, repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict therewith.
HB 569	Caption: Relating to providing the procedure for the nomination, certification, and the printing of the names on the ballots, of candidates for precinct, county, and certain district offices by political parties without a State organization.
HB 579	Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to devices to prevent unusual noises on motor vehicles and motorcycles so as to define "muffler," "defective muffler," "a muffler cut-out," "a muffler by-pass"; making it unlawful to operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle, which is not equipped with a muffler, or which is equipped with a defective muffler, or a muffler by-pass; providing penalties; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict.
HB 587	Caption: Relating to regulating the manufacture, sale, and use of economic poisons; preventing adulteration, misbranding, and misrepresentation of economic poisons; providing penalties for the violation thereof; providing means for its enforcement; creating the Division of Chemistry Fund.
HB 588	Caption: Relating to providing that indictments may be had at any time in ten years for fraudulently taking, converting, or misapplying public funds or for receiving or concealing misapplied public funds.
