HB 71 Caption: Relating to providing that in all counties in this State where the precinct officers are compensated on a fee basis, the commissioners' court shall allow such officers compensation for ex-officio services in a sum of not less than Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per month and not more than One Hundred and Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per month in addition to the fees received by such precinct officers, the total compensation to such officers not to exceed the maximum provided by law.
