HB 232 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts providing that it shall be lawful to take, capture, shoot or kill Collared Peccary or Javelina in the Counties of Webb, Starr, Zapata and Dimmit at any time; prohibiting the sale of any Collared Peccary or Javelina, or any part of the same, in said counties; prescribing penalties.
