HB 8 Caption: Relating to further regulating the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages; prohibiting consumption of alcoholic beverages under certain conditions, providing for arrest and seizure, establishing penalties, providing for proof of offenses.
HB 205 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Board of Control under the laws of the State of Texas to exercise the right of eminent domain and condemnation in the securing of lands necessary to the operation of State Eleemosynary Institutions, State Hospitals and other institutions under the control and jurisdiction of said Board and defining the duties and powers of the State Board of Control and the Attorney General's Department in regard thereto.

HB 435 Caption: Relating to amending the Real Estate Dealers License Act to more specifically define the term "Real Estate Dealer"; authorizing an officer or agent designated as the real estate dealer for certain business entities to act as a real estate dealer in his own behalf, subject to certain provisions; relating to providing for a fee of Five Dollars ($5) for the filing of an application for a real estate dealer's license.
HB 557 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to take, hunt, trap, shoot, or kill any deer and/or wild turkey for a period of five (5) years in Roberts and Hemphill Counties, Texas; fixing penalties.
HB 757 Caption: Relating to creating a special road law for Hartley County, Texas; authorizing the Commissioners Court to issue funding or refunding bonds or warrants in lieu of certain scrip warrants or time warrants, or both, and validating such warrants.
