HB 18 Caption: Relating to authorizing and granting the power and authority to the Board of Regents of the State Teachers Colleges, State of Texas, for the use and benefit of the Sam Houston State Teachers College, Huntsville, Texas, to contract with the Federal Government, or any of its agencies or departments, or to subcontract with any person, firm, or corporation in the manufacturer and delivery of munitions of war for the United States Government.
HB 207 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure to provide that all Jurors who service in Justice Courts in the trial of criminal cases shall receive the sum of three dollars per day.
HB 227 Caption: Relating to amending Statutes relative to selection of jury and providing for appeal in insanity trials.

HB 596 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to be paid out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas of the sum of Forty Thousand, Six Hundred Thirty-two Dollars and Eleven cents ($40,632.11) not otherwise appropriated, to cover the payment of taxes on State Prison Farm lands located in Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Walker Counties now due and unpaid, exclusive of penalties and interest, by the State of Texas to said Counties and to the Independent School Districts in which said lands are located, for certain years.

Gray League, Abstract No. 24, in Walker County, Texas, for a cash consideration to be paid out of moneys to be received by the Texas Prison Board from the sale of certain lands in Walker County, Texas, to the City of Huntsville; providing the remainder of said sum received from sale of the Wynne farm under House Bill No. 558 be deposited to the General Fund.
