HB 375 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, fixing the jurisdiction of the 71st Judicial district Court; establishing the terms thereof; granting the judge discretion in holding sessions within the terms; providing for the return of processes, bonds and recognizances issued in existing districts; providing for the transfer of cases in Gregg County to the court of the 124th Judicial District; providing that the judge thereof shall sign certain orders and proceedings for cause in Gregg County; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 620 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, provide salaries for County Commissioners in certain counties; providing for a severance clause; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 719 Caption: Relating to providing that the ownership of the surface estate in land shall constitute adverse possession of the mineral or sub-surface estate; providing a twelve (12) year period of limitations; providing that the provisions of this Act shall not apply when the sub-surface or mineral estate is drilling, producing, mining or being rendered for taxation and taxes paid thereon; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.

HB 47 Caption: Relating to authorizing the governing body of any city or town having a population of not less than 18,400 and not more than 18,425 inhabitants, situated in a county having not less than 50,890 inhabitants and not more than 50,910 inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census to require the filling up, drainage and regulating of any lot or lots, grounds or yards, or other place in the city or town which shall be unwholesome, or have stagnant water therein, or from any other cause be in such conditions as to be liable to produce disease.
