HB 57 Caption: Relating to providing for County Juvenile Boards in counties having a population of more than one hundred and ten thousand (110,000) inhabitants and less than one hundred and twenty-five thousand, five hundred (125,500) inhabitants; providing that this act shall be cumulative.
HB 160 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relative to liability of railroads for damages sustained in consequence of act prohibited, or omitting act required to be done.
HB 251 Caption: Relating to providing for validating the appointment of guardians heretofore appointed upon citations or notices not directed to the sheriff or any constable of the county in which proceedings are instituted but conforming to the other requirements of Article 4114 of Title 69 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, Revision of 1925, both before and after the Amendment of 1941; providing that this Act shall not apply in certain cases.
HB 279 Caption: Relating to granting all counties, and municipal authorities, of all cities, bordering on the Coast of the Gulf of Mexico, power and authority to cooperate with and contract with the United States of America or with any agency thereof, for grants, loans or advancements to carry out any of the powers or to further any of the purposes set forth in Title 118 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas and to receive and use said moneys for such purposes.
HB 332 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in all counties having a population of not less than one hundred and twelve thousand, one hundred and twenty-six (112,126), and not more than one hundred and twelve thousand, three hundred and twenty-six (112,326) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, to purchase automobiles, and to provide for maintenance of same and traveling expenses, all to be paid for out of Road and Bridge Fund, said automobiles to be used by the County Road Commissioners in the discharge of their official business.
HB 621 Caption: Relating to requiring Conservation and Reclamation Districts and other public districts and bodies politic, created for the purpose of conservation and development of the natural resources of this State, including the controlling, storing, preservation and distribution of its storm and flood waters, the waters of its rivers and streams for irrigation, power and all other useful purposes, before the commencement of construction of any works, to secure the written approval of their plans by the State Highway Engineer under certain conditions.
