HB 519	Caption: Relating to amending certain acts by authorizing the State Highway Commission to fix the maximum gross weight of vehicle and load as well as the maximum axle and wheel loads to be transported or moved on, over or along any Farm to Market or Ranch to Market road under the jurisdiction of the State Highway Commission at less than the maximums herebefore fixed by law, under certain circumstances, upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.

HB 454	Caption: Relating to providing that any person, firm, or corporation who shall purchase, buy, receive or accept for the purpose of purchasing or buying any goods, wares, merchandise or personal property of whatsoever kind or character, upon a contract or agreement, expressed or implied, that the value, purchase price, or amount to be paid for such property is to be found, fixed or ascertained, by a test, examination or classification made or to be made of such property by the purchaser or receiver thereof, and shall fail, or refuse to pay to the seller of the property the price or value so found or fixed thereon, shall be guilty of theft by conversion and punished as provided for such offense or theft.
