HB 258	Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes providing for the filing of suits to collect delinquent taxes; providing for fees of office for the various officers herein named; and providing that the officers herein named shall not b e entitled to the fees provided for herein in delinquent tax suits until notice has been given to the owner for the time and in the manner provided by law.
