HB 37 Caption: Relating to providing a general registration system of voters for all elections; creating Boards of Registrars in cities containing a population of 10,000 inhabitants or more; providing that the County Clerk shall be the Registrar of Voters in the part of the county outside such cities and in counties not containing a city of 10,000 inhabitants or more; providing for its effective date; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith; providing a severance and savings clause.
